Hello! My name is Cass, and I’m a Massachusetts-based User Experience Designer.

As a designer, my greatest strengths are curiosity, empathy, and communication. You can always rely on me to be the one in the room asking who, what, when, where, and especially why. I strongly believe that starting off by asking the right questions leads to the right outcomes, and my inclination to never shy away from a question makes me a highly effective interviewer and researcher. With a strong knack for data synthesis and visual design, I am then able to transform trends into impactful designs. Additionally, as a lifelong writer, I adeptly translate user needs into compelling stories and effective content.

Before heeding the call to become a designer, I managed projects, programs, and people in the digital higher education sphere, balancing business and user needs to formulate creative and effective solutions.
